How do I set up my Drop Pillow?

The sound is too quiet, louder in one ear, muffled, etc.
This can be a result of the speakers not being placed correctly. Please make sure that the speakers are facing the correct direction (red side towards your ear).
Also, with the sound ON, and your head in the pillow, start sliding the speakers back and forth in their sleeves. The speakers are designed to be movable underneath the outer pillowcase, allowing you to move them back and forth to get just the right fit.
The speakers give high quality sound, but have to be directly over your ears to give the proper volume. The benefit of this very localized sound is that anyone not using the pillow won't hear any sound coming from the pillow.

I am only getting sound from one speaker. What can I do?
Try to rotate the 3.5mm jack in the input hole of the Bluetooth unit. Sometimes it may not be making good contact. If you still can't get it working, please reach out to us over email.
Is there any latex in The Drop Pillow?
Nope. There is high-end memory foam at all the contact points for your head and "regular" foam for the structure. Latex allergies are not an issue for the Drop Pillow.
Do I have to use Bluetooth to get sound while using my Drop Pillow?
Nope. There is the ability to plug a 3.5mm stereo jack (male) into whatever audio source you prefer to use.
Can you sleep in The Drop Pillow?
Yes, you can. But I would say that you can only sleep in the Drop Pillow if you are a back sleeper. In fact, many people have asked me if this could be used to help people remain on their back while they are sleeping. This is a great use of the Drop Pillow.
Do I have to use speakers when using the Drop Pillow?
All Drop Pillows include speakers and a bluetooth receiver, but it is up to you on whether you use them or even turn them on.
Is the Drop Pillow helpful to treat medical conditions?
This comes up a lot. In the future, when we have some time for testing, I suspect that there will be a lot of things that come to light that the Drop Pillow helps with. But until that has been properly done, I don't want to make any misleading claims.
Is the cover washable?
Yes. The Drop Pillow actually has two covers. An internal cover to hold the pillow and the speakers, and an buttery soft external cotton/poly blend which is machine washable. You will receive instructions on washing with the pillow.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, pillows are considered personal-use items and cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage that occurs during shipping.
If your pillow arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.
